What is Belleville Via Station?
Belleville VIA Station is originally referred as Belleville Railway Station which serves Toronto to Ottawa and Toronto and Montreal. It was built in 1856 by Thomas Brassey. It is a manned type of station which has two platforms one is side platform and other one is island platform. In 2012, the station has been renovated and currently it offers state-of-the-art facilities such as Outdoor paid Parking, Baggage Room, Bicycle Box, Newspapers, Telephones, Wi-Fi system, Waiting Areas, Vending Machines, Washrooms and Wheelchair Access Services. The station was designated in National Historic of Canada in 1973 while Heritage Railway Station in Canada in 1992.
