I have purchased a baby hug car worth rs13995 from first cry showroom on 20 August 2018 on 20 October 2018 it stops functioning on contacting first cry they said we are not responsible for any defect you should contact baby hug. On contacting baby hug customer care they ask we do not provide any warranty warranty is by seller only. What should we do now.

I would like to inform you that i placed an order October 2018 a banyhug pram for my baby, but I didn’t checked that time. Now i want to use, but wen I opened i think its damage because i am not be able to make sit for my baby wenever he ait sit fell down from behind I have no idea wats a problem.
