good day to you, I am a proud owner of a beautiful Q3 from three years now I have been compelled to write this complaint e-mail after facing neglect from The service centre “ Automotive “ in Cairo Egypt, I have had the last service almost two months ago the 45000 km. And after waiting in the centre from nine in the morning till six in the afternoon I was informed that a certain spare part the Bogie is unavailable in a very casual way. And when I enquired whether its important for my vehicle operation I was asked. Do you have difficulty starting your car ? Like I am driving an Audi and have all the services done by the official agent with highly priced fees to face having my car unable to function felt upset and tired from the long day wait. And for an incomplete job I gave them the benefit of the doubt and believed the engineer when he said we will call as soon as possible. Within a few days so I could go to have the old bogies replaced, , but its more than two month now. And nothing happened very disappointing conduct really even I called the costumer service three days ago and was told they will now e- mail the company in Germany to inquire about the spare parts Genuinely disappointed. And not only that, but more than a year ago I noticed cracking on the arm rest leather very disappointing thing to happen to such an exquisite vehicle specially with the care I handle my car with just like any beautiful diamond. When I complained about this. And that I would like it to be replaced out of good will. I received no answer till now naturally dear sir I am very upset from all this, all my friends who drive Mercedes or BMW when I first started thinking about an Audi they warned me from their service centre and lack of spare parts.
