Hello,
We are looking for a Jewish publisher to consider our children's story, Music of the Butterfly: A Story of Hope. The book teaches the lessons of the Holocaust to a new generation while keeping relevant to today's themes. We've received great feedback on the narrative and illustrations. Before we order a second run, we wanted to reach out to the publishing community to gage their interest. (1000 sold in seven months)
Children ages nine and up will learn the history of the Holocaust in a "gentle" way as well as the importance of using one's coping skills when dealing with challenges in their own lives. Additionally, they will learn the importance of being up-standers against asocial behaviors such as bullying and discrimination. The story's principle lesson is that of hope. We would love to send a query? Please send us an name and email address. Thank you for considering,
Ann Leis , Houston, TX.
