American Embassy Thailand Phone Number, Contact Address, Customer Service

RE: Stanley J. Haley (67) and Sripaiwan T. Mack (74) I respectfully request your assistance in obtaining a visa, as an exception to policy for my wife’s two daughters, Mrs Warawan Lekhapanyaporn (54) and Mrs Siriwan Inthasian (53) from Thailand to visit her as she has been diagnosed on June 17, 2016 with Stage IV Colon-rectal cancer which has spread to her liver. She has been under chemo treatment at the Meredith and Jeannie Ray Cancer Center in Laramie since June 23 and not making any good progress. My wife, Sripaiwan divorced her first Thai husband back in the late 60s in Thailand and married a member of the US Army and married and came to the United States in 1972, then became an American citizen in 1978. She has remained in touch with her Thailand family during all this time returning many times for visits. In fact, after our married in 2007 we have both been back to visit our extended family almost every year for months at a time. Thailand is famous for food, friends, fun and especially, famly, even in extended family as I was accepted into the family when I married Sripaiwan. Her daughters applied for and were interviewed at the American Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand for their application on Friday September nine, 2016 and were routinely denied for a visa under Section 214(b) of the U. S. Immigration and Nationally Act. “Demonstrate that he/she has a residence in a foreign country which he/she has no intention of abandoning “ Both daughters have traveled to other countries in Asia and have always returned to their home country. Both her daughters with their husbands have property, land, jobs and families. In fact her one daughter, Siriwan Inthasian is a head secretariat in the Faculty of Management Science at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University in her home town of Korat, a government position. If approved they will be purchasing round trip tickets from Bangkok to Denver, CO for about a two week visit. They will be staying with us at our home here.
