VYPA is a subsidiary of a US Based Corporation and we have invested in a Infrastructure for a Digital Network and spent our time and know how (for a period of two yrs) for a Malaysian owned and incorporated company (Party A) that has a common shareholder/director associations with a subsidiary of a PLC. We also have a Customer conversion award from the subsidiary of the PLC and we have a valid signed agreement that is being totally disregarded by Party A. Our emails are not answered, request for them to terminate the agreement is also not complied with, we would like to seek legal advice and initiate a Legal Suit against Party A, Subsidiary of PLC and PLC. Being a foreign owned technology based company that has invested in Malaysia, this episode is giving a very bad perception of the disregard of Rule of Law by Malaysian owned Businesses.
