On 9/30/2019 I received your verification that my Amazon Prime Membership had been cancelled at my request I was to receive a refund of $13. 78. I have not received the refund and have been charged each month including this month of February. If you do not refund me the 6-months of charges made to my credit card I will have to have the charges reversed due to fraud on your end.
