I was charged £79 even though I do not use primetime. I pressed the primetime icon while making payment for my motoG phone. I immediately sent an email cancelling it. If you check your system, you will notice that I didn't use primetime since I'm not interested. Please, can you refund my money ASAP. Thanks.

Good morning. I write you after to write everywhere and no have a correct answer. The majority not answers. I'm a man 56 years old who has put all your money and credit to open a shop with success and I did. BUt I do not know whut my shop was closed because has relation with teh shop of my son taht was closed because he sell fake things (lie). I can send photos, invoices and Internet adress that give me reason. Like you perhaps knows in Amazon Performance is God and they never change the decitions. I ve beeb working hard and I ve put all my money and credit in this project and I do not know why now I ve nothing
